TIGER BABY FABRICS FAQ

How often do you do preorders?

Every Wednesday

What is your TAT?

13-15 business days to arrive in my shop from Preorder Closing Date. From there, 1-2 business days for me to ship the fabric to you. If you are planning a preorder for your shop, I would plan on at least 3 - 4 weeks.

How it works

The closing date will ALWAYS be the following Wednesday from when you place your order. For example - if you place your order on a Friday, the order for your items will go into the supplier the FOLLOWING Thursday morning as all preorder dates end at midnight every Wednesday. So the official turn around doesn't start until the following Wednesday from when you place your order. From there, I will package and ship your fabric which will be another 1-2 business days. I will place orders sooner than closing date if I reach at least 20 yards before the preorder closing date.

What is your refund policy?

Once the order is placed, there are no refunds. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact me at katurahtiger.photography@gmail.com

Due to the nature of custom digital printing, flaws are bound to happen. I will do my best to look over the fabric for flaws but small ones can easily be missed. I will not discount for any flaw less than 1inch in size or within 6 inches of the selvages. If you receive a fabric with a flaw larger than 1inch or greater than 6 inches from the selvage please email me. I will not refund for flaws on the under side of the fabric if they are minimal and do not affect fabric use.

I will either discount your yardage or accept the fabric back for a refund if any flaws are greater than mentioned above. Due to the custom ordering process, I cannot guarantee that I will have yardage in stock to replace your order.

Do you have reps and/or rep codes?

We are currently setting this into motion! Stay tuned for codes!

Do you offer wholesale discounts?

Yes! 10% on orders with 15 yards or more with code - wholesale

Do you offer any other fabric besides bullet?

Not currently but I am looking to expand fabric options.

Shipping

VERY IMPORTANT - You MUST choose the correct shipping upon check out. If you do not, I will refund your entire order immediately and your order will not be placed to the fabric supplier.

If the shipping you choose is too much for your order, I will refund the amount you paid over what was actually due and still place your order but if the shipping you chose was not enough, I will immediately refund.

IMPORTANT INFO

Please be aware that all fabric/fur puffs are LIMITED. Due to my demanding schedule, there is a chance you could purchase something and it could be sold out but not listed as such at the time of your purchase. If that happens, I will contact you and we will go from there. I am happy to refund, swap for something else, use as future credit or I will place a restock order if possible and you can wait for the restock to come in. Either way, I'll take care of ya ;D

TURN AROUND

Turn around time is currently 10-14 business days on orders placed on fabrics already in stock

It can absolutely vary depending on my workload but typically it is 10-14 business days

If it's a preorder purchase - those typically last 2-3 weeks to arrive in shop and then you'd receive your items shortly after
