- What age you'd like your bow wrap to fit (other styles do not require an age for measurement)

- The color you'd like the base fabric to be if you want to use the tulle as an accent. To see bullet fabric options, please check out our "Bullet Fabric" section on the website or reach out and ask ;D Example of a solid bow wrap with tulle accent is in this listing. 

- What color tulle you want for your bow wrap if you want just the tulle as your wrap. Tulle color options are listed below.

OPTIONAL - You may add a sequin center accent. If you do, please tell me what color you would like. Sequin accents are +$1. If no sequin accent is purchased or specified, I will use the base color fabric as the center.
